If you have an existing web form on your website, you can add it as a trigger in a customer journey and align the form data fields with Cinch data fields to collect customer information. Learn more about trigger configurations used in customer journeys.

Open Web Forms Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Web Forms link.

View Web Forms Page

In the Web Forms page, you can view the name of the form. Each column can be sorted by clicking the arrow next to the header name. By default, the page is sorted with the newest forms at the bottom of the page.

Add/Delete Form

To add a new web form, click the Add Form button [1].

To delete a web form, hover your mouse over the journey and click the More Options icon [2]. Then click the Delete button.

View Web Form

To view a web form, click the name of the form.

The form displays all entries added as part of the original form creation process.

The following fields can be edited:

  • Submission Form [1]

  • Redirect [2]

  • Cinch Mapping Field column [3]

To edit the URL or get a new form code, you must delete the form and create a new form.
