You can view and manage templates in your account at any time. Templates can be used for email and mail campaigns and associated to a customer journey.

Open Templates Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Templates link.

View Templates Page

In the Templates page, you can view the name of each template, the template status, the date the template was created, the type of template, and who created the template. Each column can be sorted by clicking the arrow next to the header name. By default, the page is sorted with the newest forms at the bottom of the page. 

By default, the page displays all templates. You can also filter the page by template: Mail and Email.

Add Template

To add a new template, click the Add Template button.

Manage Template

To manage a segment, hover your mouse over the segment and click the More Options icon [1].

To duplicate a template, click the Duplicate button [2].

To delete a template, click the Delete button [3].

View Template

To view a template, click the name of the template.

Note: Viewing a draft template displays the template edit page. Viewing a published template displays the template.
