When a company is first created, the name is the only detail that is set by Cinch. When you first select a company that has been created, there will be a lot of empty fields. Let’s walk through filling all of those out.
Before we go into the fields above, it is important to mention the ‘Mail Return Address’ drop-down menu. Mail House Address is the automatic selection, which will leave your company mailers not being returned to your listed address. If you wish to have your return mail sent back to your company address, select the drop-down menu and choose ‘Company Address’. This is important to establish before you fill out the fields. Brand and Industry drop-down menus are not controllable. Those are set by Cinch and represent settings that add templates that are specialized for your company to Journeys and Segments. The only drop-down menus that you have to worry about are Mail Return Address and Time zone. Set those as you need and you are now prepared to send out physical mail and email through Cinch.
