You can view and manage customer journeys using the Customer Journeys page. 



Open Customer Journey Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.




View Customer Journey Page

In the Customer Journey page, you can view the name of the journey [1], the journey status [2], the date the journey was last updated [3], and the date the journey was created [4]. Each column can be sorted by clicking the arrow next to the header name. By default, the page is sorted by journey name in ascending order.




The Status column displays the status of each journey: draft [1], published [2], stopped [3], and paused [4].


 



To search for a specific journey, enter the name of the journey in the Search Customer Journeys field. The page dynamically updates with any appropriate search results.




Manage Journey

To add a customer journey, click the Add Journey button [1].


To delete a customer journey, hover your mouse over the journey and click the More Options icon [2]. Then click the Delete button.




View Journey

To view a journey, click the name of the journey.



If the journey is a draft, viewing the journey defaults to the Draft View.


Once published, viewing the journey defaults to the Published View.
