Text annotations can be added to help document the steps of a journey or to help with collaboration.
Open Customer Journey Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.
Manage Journey
To add a customer journey, click the Add Journey button [1].
To open an existing journey, click the name of the journey [2].
Note: If you open a published journey, you will need to switch to the Draft View before you can add a text annotation.
Add Text Annotation
To add a text annotation to the journey draft, click the Text icon [1]. Then click the location where you’d like to add the annotation [2].
In the text field [3], enter the text for the annotation.To reset the text, click the Reset link [4]. To add the text to the journey draft, click the Apply button [5].
Modify Text Annotation
To edit the text annotation, click the Selection icon [1], then click the text annotation. In the existing text field, edit the text annotation and then click the Apply button.
To move the text annotation, click the Selection icon [1], then click and drag the annotation to its new location [2].
To delete the text annotation, hover over the text annotation. Click the Delete icon [3].
Note: Text annotations do not include a confirmation. Annotations are deleted immediately.
