Once you have added a journey as a draft and have added as many nodes as necessary, you can publish the journey for your customers. 

Open Customer Journey Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.

Open Journey Draft

Click the name of the journey draft.

Verify Nodes

Journeys cannot be published until all nodes are valid. If any invalid nodes exist in the journey, you must correct the invalid nodes before publishing.

Publish Journey

Click the Publish Journey button.
