Journeys cannot be published until all nodes are valid. If any invalid nodes exist in the journey, a warning icon displays next to the Publish Journey button with the number of incomplete entries. These entries must be removed or corrected.
Open Customer Journey Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.
Open Journey Draft
Click the name of the journey draft.
View Invalid Nodes
To view a menu of all invalid notes, click the invalid node number.
To associate a node with its name, click the name of a node. The selected node will shake, indicating the selected node.
Edit the selected node and either remove the node or correct the error.
