How do I view data for a published customer journey? Print

Once a journey is published, you can view all statistics for each node and connection.

Open Customer Journey Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.

Open Published Journey

Click the name of a published journey.

View Published Journey

View the journey in published view.

Navigate Published Journey View

For journeys with multiple nodes, you can resize the journey view by clicking the zoom buttons. By default, the page view displays at 100%. However, you can zoom out down to 50% to view more nodes within the same window space [1].

To manually move the window to locate specific nodes within the journey, click the Move icon [2], then click and drag the window to a new location.

View Data

The Published View shows all data associated with each node. The node displays the number of customers who entered the node and the number of customers who left the node. The node displays the percentage of customers who have moved on from the node.
