You can choose to duplicate, pause, or end the most recent version of a published journey at any time.

You can also edit the existing published journey.

Open Customer Journey Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.

Open Published Journey

Click the name of the published journey.

Manage Journey

To manage the journey, click the Settings icon.

Duplicate Journey

To duplicate the journey, click the Duplicate Journey button. An exact duplicate of the journey will be created in your account. The word Copy will be added to the end of the title.

Note: Only published journeys can be duplicated.

Pause Journey

To pause the journey, click the Pause Journey button. Pausing a journey will pause all Time Delay nodes, and all node actions and conditions such as checking for opened emails will be ignored.

To resume the journey, click the Settings icon and select the Unpause Journey button. The following behaviors occur:

  • Nodes that were scheduled to run one time will not be rescheduled. However, recurring nodes will be rescheduled for the next recurrence.
  • If a Time Delay node was starting to run when the journey was paused, the Time Delay will run if the journey is unpaused before the time delay has ended.

End Journey

To end the journey, click the End Journey button. In the modal window, you must confirm you want to end the journey, as ending a journey cannot be undone. Ending a journey means all customers in the journey will end progress immediately and no new customers will enter it. To confirm, click the End Journey button.

Note: If you have ended a journey that contains previous revisions, also confirm that all previous revisions also include the stopped label. If a previous revision is labeled as Closed, you must manually end the journey for that revision.
