You can edit a published customer journey at any time and switch back to the draft view. You can update any draft changes you make to the journey.
You can also duplicate, pause, or end an existing published journey.
Open Customer Journey Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.
Open Published Journey
Click the name of the published journey.
Edit Journey
Click the Draft View button. You can edit any nodes and connections in the journey.
Edit Nodes
Edit the notes in the journey as necessary.
Publish Journey Draft
When you are ready to republish your journey draft, click the Publish Journey Draft button [1].
In the modal window, confirm how you would like to manage the previously published version of the journey. You can close the journey or stop the journey:
Close It—In this option, no new customers will enter the version of this journey being replaced. Customers currently in the journey will continue moving through the journey as long as they qualify for paths within the journey. New customers will be added to the newly republished journey.
Stop It—In this option, all customers in the journey version being replaced will stop immediately and no new customers will enter it.
Select the radio button for your preferred option [2], then click the Submit button [3].
Revert Draft Changes
If necessary, you can also revert your draft changes by clicking the Revert icon [1]. Reverting a draft will revert your changes back to the published version. To revert your changes, click the Revert button [2].
