You can view a previous version of a published customer journey at any time. Previous versions cannot be restored.



Open Customer Journey Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Customer Journeys link.




Open Published Journey

Click the name of the published journey.




View Previous Version

View the revision menu [1]. If a previous version exists, click the menu and expand the versions list [2]. To view a version, select the version you want to view.




Note: If you have ended a journey that contains previous revisions, also confirm that all previous revisions also include the stopped label. If a previous revision is labeled as Closed, you must manually end the journey for that revision.
